Start here. It takes twenty seconds.
Four quick fields now, the rest on the next page. Then the desk calls you back during shop hours, and one conversation sets the account, the rate, and how pickups will run.

Who are we talking to?
We use your number to call you back about the account. Nothing else.
Your vehicles earn money when they move
A work vehicle in a shop is a vehicle not earning. So we run commercial accounts on a short list of commitments: your unit goes to the front of the queue, the inspection photos go to whoever approves the money, and the person who answers the phone can quote it and schedule it without calling anyone back.
We service cars, vans, pickups, duallys, Sprinters and box trucks: everything up to medium duty, gas or hybrid. One shop for a mixed roster, on one service history.
What counts as a commercial account
Any vehicle a business depends on. If it's registered to a company, carries tools, makes deliveries, or gets somebody to a job site, it qualifies, whether that's one vehicle or a whole yard of them. There's no vehicle minimum and no application fee.
The difference isn't the vehicle, it's how you think about it. You care about uptime and cost per mile, not a one-off repair. So the account is built to match: your vehicles get priority in the queue, approvals go to whoever signs off on the money, and we keep a service history for each vehicle so you can see what every one of them has cost you over time.
Common questions
Is a single work truck a fleet? For our purposes, yes. If the vehicle earns your business money, it gets a commercial account.
Do you work with mixed makes? Yes. American, Asian and European, gas or hybrid. You can bring every vehicle you own to one shop, and they all go on one account.
Do we have to sign anything? No contract to sign and nothing to pay up front. One phone call sets it up.

How the scheduling works
Tell us the mileage you like to service at, and we'll book each vehicle in ahead of time. Every vehicle gets its own spot on the calendar, so you don't have to keep track of what is due and when. You approve the work and pay at the counter like any other visit.
No contract. Nothing locked in. Pay per visit unless you ask us for something else.
How often work vehicles need it
Most land somewhere between 5,000 and 7,500 miles between services. But load, idle hours and stop-and-go routes move that number more than mileage alone does. A delivery van doing short hops all day wears differently than a truck running the freeway.
If you're not sure how often your vehicles need service, tell us how you use them and we'll tell you the right mileage to book them at.
Or set up a program
Some fleets would rather handle it in one go. If you want to cover a year of maintenance across your vehicles in a single payment, or spread it monthly, or bundle a specific job across the whole roster, we'll set it up that way.
There's no fixed package to pick from. Tell us how your books work and we'll build the arrangement around it.
How commercial pricing works
We quote rather than publish a price list, because the number depends on the work and the size of the fleet.
Tell us what you run and we'll give you real numbers, not a range. Call (310) 373-7676 or email Hillsideauto90505@gmail.com.
